How Can I Place an Order?

Please register with your email before you order. Go to My Account, type in your email address, the password will be sent to you by email, and you can change it after you log in.

To order, you can do any of the following.

1. Buy Online – Simply type in your required part number to search, in the products page type in the quantities. Use PayPal or a credit card to pay directly. Please leave your full address, phone number, postal code, and other delivery details. A complete address helps us ship your order faster. (Recommended)
2. Send a message via WhatsApp or email to the service team listed at the top of this page to place your order with one of our customer service specialists. (Recommended if the product is not listed on the website or for large-quantity orders.)
3. To request a quotation, you can also contact our service staff by email. Our customer service will promptly reply with a complete quotation for your review.

Payment Type We Accept

We accept most major payment methods. Online options include credit card, debit card, PayPal, Stripe, and Apple Pay.

We have a local EURO account in the UK, and a USD bank account in New York to save costs for you.

How Do You Ship the Order?

All orders include free shipping. We ship using DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Most parts are sent directly from the SHR factory in Shanghai. Wrong addresses or delivery to another address may be subject to a $13.50 address change fee. All orders are usually shipped the same day or the next business day after payment is received. However, during peak season orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of being received excluding holidays or days closed.
