Warranty & Returns Policy
At SHR Autoparts, we stand behind the quality of every NOx sensor and automotive component we manufacture. All products are covered by our comprehensive warranty and returns policy.
Product Warranty
- Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of delivery
- Coverage: Manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal operating conditions
- Resolution: Free replacement unit shipped at our expense
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is defective or does not match the ordered specifications
- Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery for defective items
- Product is in its original condition (not modified or tampered with)
- Original packaging is retained where possible
Return Process
To initiate a return or warranty claim:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details
- Provide photos or video evidence of the defect
- Our technical team will review and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
- Ship the defective unit back using the provided instructions
- Replacement unit will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Items modified or repaired by unauthorized third parties
- Products returned without an RMA number
- Custom OEM products manufactured to buyer specifications (unless defective)
Rückgaberecht
Refunds are available for orders that cannot be fulfilled or for products that arrive significantly damaged. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
